How to get big biceps for an enhanced Personality


A body is said to be of healthy if you have big biceps. Big biceps make one confident, strong and muscular enough to enhance your personality along with scaring your enemies. When we try to build muscles, we give priority to increasing the size of the muscles. The principle on which big bicep building works is same for all the muscle building of the body.

Preacher curls

Traditional curls are not that much efficient as these curls are not able to sustain the load on the top of the movement whereas preacher curls continue the pressure on the muscle at the peak level of contraction.


Supination or twisting

Supination is something more that can be exercised for big biceps. Supination is actually the twisting of your biceps little harder for higher level of movement.

Supination is best fitted in the hammer curl exercise. The dumbbell which you lift with any of your hand till the peak level. These are right, but do a little more in this exercise by just making extra squeeze on your biceps. Repeat the whole exercise with the other hand.

Supenated Incline curls

One more exercise for getting bigger biceps very quickly is supenated Incline curls. For this exercise, you need to have an inclined bench and dumbbells. Hang your arms while sitting on the incline bench, more tension is created than the traditional curls of stand up position. This will help immensely in muscle growth.  

Be careful to separate the tension and the maximum efforts you made for steady and maximum gains. This will help in prevention from injuries too and more energy levels to get big biceps without giving up the workouts.

Let your failures push you towards the positive side for bigger biceps. Don’t follow the same daily routine pattern throughout your bigger biceps building.
